Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead the Print Center, manage equipment and supplies, and ensure high-quality print materials.

You will champion a customer-centric culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values and act as a Key Carrier on duty, opening and closing the store. You will oversee training, coaching, and development of staff to deliver exceptional service, while coordinating with teams to improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.
• Subject matter expert in Print Services and related systems.
• Proficient with role-related technology and POS systems.
• Advanced selling skills and strong communication skills.
• Desire to grow selling skills and product knowledge.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through training and development of all associates, including print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance and ongoing training to all associates on print processes and selling techniques.
• Facilitate training on the business model and holistic service offering for clients.
• Observe and coach to enhance associate proficiency and brand loyalty.
• Assess performance, certifications, and competencies for store associates.
• Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production.
