Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead the print team, ensure best-in-class customer experiences, and uphold Office Depot’s 5C values in daily operations.

You will oversee print production, equipment, and supplies, while opening/closing the store as a Key Carrier. A strong emphasis on leadership, training, and community engagement is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Drive sales by applying Office Depot selling techniques and training staff in print and across the store.
• Lead and develop associates; coach and provide feedback to improve proficiency.
• Operate all equipment in Print Services to ensure on-time orders.
• Perform opening/closing duties as a Key Carrier; cash handling and store balancing.
• Maintain loss prevention and a safe store environment.
