Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead print production, manage equipment and supplies, and foster a customer-centric culture aligned with Office Depot values.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, leadership of a high-performing print team, and strong focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivering memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead training and development of associates in print processes and selling techniques.
• Coach and develop staff to improve proficiency and brand loyalty.
• Open/close the store as a Key Carrier, including alarm and cash handling.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and ensure on-time orders.
• Support loss prevention and safety in the print area.
