Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager in Minnesota to lead the Print Services team, manage production workflows, and ensure high-quality print materials for customers. You will drive sales, train associates, and uphold Office Depot 5C values in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee equipment, schedules, and inventory while maintaining exceptional customer experiences and accurate order completion to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of print production and order fulfillment.
• Lead and train associates in print services and selling techniques.
• Maintain print equipment, supplies, and workflow efficiency.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier when scheduled.
