Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager in a high-volume store to drive print sales, service growth, and a customer-centric culture. You will oversee all print production activities, equipment, and supplies while leading a team to deliver high-quality materials and exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes training, merchandising, and operational excellence, with responsibilities including opening/closing the store and maintaining a positive, safety-conscious environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates to ensure understanding of print processes and selling techniques.
