Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking a Print and Reprographic Associate to ensure timely and accurate reproduction of printed materials in our Copy Center. You will advise, coordinate, and prioritize production of work orders, review materials for copyright and maintain records.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in reprographics or related finishing work, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and a service orientation.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience with reprographics, copier, finishing, binding, or laminating.
• 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong work ethic with diplomatic, team- and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-volume xerographic and finishing equipment.
• Review client requirements through production and distribution stages.
• Communicate with clients regarding production stages and project status.
• Perform copying, printing, finishing, binding and lamination tasks.
• Prioritize and manage production flow for all orders received at window or via email.
• Identify equipment issues and arrange for repairs as needed.
• Track copier usage and manage materials efficiently.
• Coordinate paper restock in Print Center.
• Maintain logs of actions and machine service calls.
• Coordinate workflow of reprographic requests.
