Repro Graphix, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Print Production & Customer Solutions Specialist to join our fast-paced, creative team. This hands-on role runs and maintains a variety of small and large-format digital printing equipment and provides exceptional customer service.

You will preflight files, manage multiple jobs, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with customers, and ensure on-time delivery from file to finished product.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating digital print production equipment.
• Experience with RIP software, color management, Pantone, CMYK, and RGB color.
• Experience with small and/or large-format printing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of specialty substrates.
• Finishing services – mounting, laminating, cutting & weeding/punching & binding.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple jobs, deadlines, and customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A dependable, take-ownership attitude.
• Prepress and print-layout experience.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of small and large-format digital print equipment.
• Produce high-quality work while keeping projects on schedule.
• Manage multiple print jobs and customer requests simultaneously.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, solve problems, and follow projects through to completion.
• Prepare and preflight files for production.
• Manage RIPs, print layouts, cut files, color, and media usage.
• Perform finishing including mounting, laminating, cutting, trimming, weeding, punching, and binding.
• Perform quality control and proofreading.
• Prepare orders for pickup and shipment.
• Anticipate production challenges and find practical, efficient solutions.
• Keep equipment and production areas organized and operating efficiently.
