Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
• Process shipments and assist with packaging solutions (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS).
• Review and prepare customer files for print using Adobe software.
• Operate digital printing and finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, laminating).
• Communicate print specs, proofs, deadlines, and order status to customers.
• Recommend printing, shipping, and other solutions based on customer needs.
• Accurately process orders and payments and maintain an organized center.
