Job summary

PostNet in Northlake, TX seeks a friendly Print Production and Customer Service Associate to join our center team. You will handle in-person, phone, and email customer service, assist with digital printing, shipping, packaging, and mailbox services, and support customers with file prep using Adobe software.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing and finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, laminating).
• Communicate print specs, proofs, deadlines, and order status to customers.
• Recommend printing, shipping, and other solutions based on customer needs.
• Accurately process orders and payments and keep the center organized.

Pay:

$17.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Type:

Full-Time | 35–40 hours per week

Schedule:

Five days per week within our operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Saturday availability is required. Employees working Saturday receive a weekday off.

About The Position

PostNet in Northlake is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Print Production and Customer Service Associate.

This hands‑on position combines customer service, digital printing, shipping, packaging, and mailbox services. Approximately 35% of the role involves print production and working with customer graphic files, with the remainder focused primarily on assisting customers with shipping, packaging, mailbox services, and other business needs.

Basic familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Photoshop is required. Previous print‑production experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate on our printing equipment, processes, and production workflow.

What You’ll Do

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience with digital printing, graphic design, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, print/copy centers, sign production, commercial printing, shipping, or packaging is a plus. A college degree is not required.

Physical Requirements

Regular standing and movement throughout the workday are required. Must be able to safely lift and move packages weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Starting pay is $17.00–$21.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and demonstrated skills.
