Responsibilities

• Receive orders and enter them into the production system.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Manufacturing for timely deliveries.
• Assist customers with cover impositions, dummy books, and press tests.
• Send proofs to customers and log proofs in AS400.
• Prepare shipping instructions for drop shipments and manage inventory.
• Maintain documentation and provide exceptional service.
• Attend production meetings and support cross-department collaboration.
