Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the open job system.
• Assist with preparing sales order entry forms.
• Prepare and maintain customer release and shipping documentation.
• Track customer inventories.
• Send confirmation letters for estimates and orders.
• Track orders throughout the entire process, from artwork through production and shipment.
• Respond to customer questions and provide timely order updates.
• Communicate with sales, production, and customers to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Prepare reports related to customer purchases.
• Identify and assist in resolving potential customer or production issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Perform additional reporting and administrative responsibilities as requested by management.
