Arandell is seeking an Account Specialist to serve as the project quarterback across service, premedia, press, bindery, and logistics, ensuring client projects run smoothly and reinforce brand image.

You will interpret complex instructions, coordinate with customers, and release precise production instructions while collaborating with internal teams to keep schedules on track. This role blends detail orientation with strong communication in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic communications or business administration, or 4 years related printing industry experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to utilize logic and conceptual thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a variety of print and distribution instructions with high attention to detail.
• Work with customers on production issues and confirm specifications/pricing.
• Review furnished item specifications and receipts.
• Release accurate production instructions to premedia, press, bindery, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Manager to ensure smooth job flow through the plant.
