Job summary

Arandell in Minnesota is seeking an Account Specialist in a hybrid role. You will interpret and clearly communicate project instructions, acting as quarterback for service, premedia, press, bindery and logistics to ensure client projects run smoothly and reinforce brand image.

You’ll collaborate with procurement and sales support on materials, address production issues with customers, and guide production through the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related printing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player with good problem-solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a variety of print and distribution instructions with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth production.
• Work with customers on production issues and provide accurate production instructions.
• Partner with procurement and sales support on materials and outsourcing as needed.
• Meet with customers as directed by Sales Representative.
