Job summary

DOPE Marketing, a fast-growing Twin Cities software company, is hiring salespeople who know how to sell and want uncapped commissions. You’ll handle inbound leads from business owners needing print items or direct mail ideas, and you’ll also make outbound calls and follow-ups to close deals.

We provide leads, tools, training, and targets. The role includes selling DOPE360, with no cap on earnings. Our main office is in Eagan, MN, and compensation ranges from $55,000 to $130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required.
• Self-starter who performs without micromanagement.
• Comfortable with high-volume phone work and handling objections.
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce) and solid Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound leads (print items and direct mail) and close quotes.
• Make outbound calls and follow up to convert opportunities.
• Educate prospects on DOPE Marketing solutions and direct mail strategy.
• Grow a book of free accounts into paying customers.
• Sell print and mail products daily (postcards, yard signs, door hangers, business cards, etc.).
• Build and manage your own pipeline on top of inbound leads.
