The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, presenting solutions, and meeting monthly and quarterly targets, with a competitive pay range and uncapped commission. You will leverage CRM tools and work with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven sales experience in printing or related industry.
• Experience with large format printing, environmental graphics and custom signage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our printing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and quality delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
