Key Responsibilities

• Provide pricing, estimating, and bid management for a variety of direct mail formats.
• Monitor schedules, materials, and postal requirements to ensure timely execution.
• Build long‑term partnerships by providing exceptional service, communication, and problem‑solving.
• Stay current on postal regulations, paper availability, and industry trends impacting production timelines and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling direct mail production or print services.
• Strong knowledge of print processes (offset, digital, variable data printing, finishing, and postal logistics).
• Proven track record of managing client accounts that provide creative and data but outsource execution.
• Excellent estimating, project management, and client communication skills.
• Understanding of hybrid print + digital marketing is a plus but not required.
