The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of account management or customer service experience within the print, mailing, fulfillment, or a closely related industry.

Industry knowledge is important for this role, particularly experience with offset and digital printing and mailing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or customer service experience within print, mailing, or fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing and mailing processes.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between assigned sales representatives, customers, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple print, mailing, and fulfillment projects from start to finish.
• Review new projects against estimated specifications and identify when a project needs to be re-estimated.
• Communicate customer needs and expectations to the scheduling team.
• Review work orders, specifications, and schedules for accuracy.
• Partner closely with the production team to ensure projects move smoothly and efficiently.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
