Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Account Manager in Central San Diego to bridge clients and internal production teams. You will manage direct mail and print projects from estimate through delivery, coordinating data-driven campaigns and ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

The role emphasizes relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manage client print and direct mail projects from initial request through final delivery.
• Coordinate variable data printing workflows using customer data, proofs and production specs.
• Partner with production teams to resolve print, data, mailing, and scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate estimates, work orders, job specs, schedules and communications.
• 3+ years in commercial printing, digital printing or direct mail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding print, marketing, and mailing needs.
• Manage projects from quoting and order entry through proofing, production, finishing, mailing and completion.
• Review artwork, specs, data files and mailing lists for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate data merging, personalization, versioning, barcodes, and postal requirements.
• Communicate status and issues clearly with customers and internal teams.
