Qualifications

• College degree or 2 years of experience in project coordination or account management.
• Print/direct mail industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Placing project orders in our software program.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Work with clients to determine project objectives and help to develop strategies and tactics to effectively deliver on those objectives.
• Move project through departments with accurate and detailed instruction.
• Communicating with clients to obtain project data, instruction, proofing, and approvals.
• Ensure accurate shipping and billing information is provided.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, make corrections, and provide professional knowledge and instruction.
• Assess new business opportunities through the client relationship.
• Stay current on project workflow and report status or get updates at daily production meeting.
• Maintain inventory counts.
• Collaborate with project team to communicate areas of art, data, production, and shipping needs are met and resolve issues.
• Manage post project documentation and billing paperwork.
• Learn about our products and services, print industry processes and mail requirements.
