Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary responder for customer inquiries and grievances.
• Address pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping issues.
• Navigate company systems to resolve concerns independently.
• Provide proactive, efficient service to maintain high satisfaction.
• Help retain customers by anticipating their evolving needs.
• Maintain adherence to order entry protocols.
• Build relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance.
• Keep customer accounts current in Salesforce.
• Assist in training new hires through shadowing.
• Other duties as assigned.
