Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor with 3-5 years in digital print, event graphics, or retail print to serve as a strategic advisor for assigned retail clients.

You will collaborate across Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to optimize campaigns, control costs, and drive profitable growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in print, direct mail, manufacturing, marketing services, logistics, account management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, business, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make business recommendations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: evaluate customer requirements and recommend production and distribution solutions.
• Campaign Planning and Operational Decision Making: determine production approaches, scheduling, fulfillment, and implementation.
• Financial and Business Analysis: review costs, postage, production options, and profitability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: coordinate Sales, Prepress, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement: act as trusted print production consultant and drive process improvements.
• Reporting and Business Systems: analyze performance metrics and prepare recommendations.
