Alphagraphics in Orem, UT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers in person and over the phone, helping them identify best products for their needs. This foundational role offers advancement opportunities and a fast-paced learning environment.

You will handle front counter transactions, process orders in the POS system, and coordinate with inside sales when needed. A reliable, detail-oriented team member will thrive here.

Qualificações

• Strong technology skill with Microsoft Office and have worked with an MIS system.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Experience in the printing industry an advantage.
• Enjoys fast-paced working environment – ability to multi-task.
• Has good math skills.
• Has basic computer experience; ability to learn POS software for entering orders, estimates and front counter transactions.
• Demonstrates and utilizes courteous behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and answer the phone following company protocol.
• Process callers and identify customer project via a few questions.
• Enter accurately priced estimates and orders in the POS system.
• Handle cash, checks, or credit card transactions and deposits at front counter.
• Notify customers when orders are completed and follow up on estimates.
• Maintain front counter area and filing systems.
• Train to become a Certified Print Specialist.
