Job summary

AlphaGraphics West Jordan is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Digital Key Operator to join our fast-paced, client-focused team. You will build positive relationships, explain our printing and finishing capabilities, and ensure accurate order intake and timely delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, multitasking across print production stages, and collaborating with teammates to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of print and sign experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Desire to help people and solve problems.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative of the organization.
• Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
• Serve as an external key educator to our community and customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies.
• Confer with customers by phone, email and in-person to provide information about products or services.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
