Qualifications

The CSR is the front line of communication for the Business Center and must build rapport with walk-in, phone and Internet referred customers; therefore he or she should have a professional appearance and genuine concern for customers. The CSR will increase sales via excellent customer service and product knowledge.

As the face of the Business Center a CSR will be able to assist with order entry, consultation, overcoming objections and providing qualified leads to outside sales representatives. A Customer Service Representative should view their role as a path towards outside sales and strive to build client relationships each day.
