Job summary

Marie Leising & Associates, LLC is seeking a Print CSR in the Atlanta area to support Account Managers by ensuring smooth communication, accurate job entry, and timely follow-up on print and fulfillment projects. This role involves acting as a primary contact for clients, handling proofs, orders, and invoicing with accuracy.

The position requires 1–3 years in printing industry customer service or related roles, familiarity with printing processes, and strong data-entry and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in printing industry customer service or similar role.
• Knowledge of printing processes, terminology, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for routine client requests and order updates.
• Communicate proofs, confirmations, tracking and timelines via phone or email.
• Input print jobs into order management systems accurately.
• Review job tickets for correct specs (stock, ink, finishing, bindery, quantities).
• Generate and review estimates for straightforward or repeat print jobs.
• Coordinate with production staff on schedules and delivery details.
• Assist with campaigns by preparing proofs, presentations and collateral.
• Maintain spreadsheets, timelines, and shipping trackers.
