IST Management is seeking a detail-oriented Copy Center Associate to join our team in Coraopolis. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality print and finishing services while providing outstanding customer service.

You will operate and maintain digital copiers, printers, laminators, binding equipment, and other finishing equipment, ensuring files are prepared correctly and customers' specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required; customer service/hospitality/retail background preferred is a plus.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with print, copy, scanning, and document finishing requests.
• Operate and maintain digital copiers, printers, laminators, binding equipment, and other finishing equipment.
• Prepare files for printing and copying to meet customer specifications; monitor quality and troubleshoot as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; maintain accurate records.
