Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Copy Center/Mailroom Associate for our off-site locations in the Greater Phoenix area. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage copy/print production, and liaise with client administrations while maintaining strict confidentiality of materials.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with Microsoft Office, capable of quick learning, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with production print and finishing/bindery equipment.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday.
• Professional demeanor and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Serve as liaison between POA and client administration.
• Explain products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees.
• Maintain records and ensure security/confidentiality of client materials.
• Organize and maintain a clean, compliant work area and common spaces.
• Orient client personnel to POA's methods of operation.
• Scan, copy, and organize Admission documents; save to shared drive.
• Sort and deliver mail/packages to departments.
