Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work OT to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit print requests from mainframe/desktop according to urgency and complexity.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain service logs.
• Perform minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting on copiers and printers.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity.
