Job summary

ImageNet Consulting seeks a dependable Facility Management Clerk for the on-site TPS Print Center, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. You will open and prepare the center, operate Canon/Ricoh printers and finishing equipment, and handle document production services with accuracy and speed.

You will provide excellent customer service to facility staff and customers, manage daily tasks, communicate order details, and assist with larger projects as needed. Training is provided and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal, written, phone, and email communication skills.
• Must be willing and able to learn all TPS Print Center equipment.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the TPS Print Center for daily operations.
• Operate and become proficient with Canon and Ricoh printers and finishing equipment.
• Perform copying, printing, finishing, binding, laminating, and related document-production services.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Provide meter readings for billback of jobs produced.
• Deliver completed jobs to customers and departments.
• Provide professional customer service to facility staff and customers.
