Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a Field Representative II to support daily operations across Ricoh locations, including print center tasks, mail handling, and finishing processes. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift operation, and willingness to learn multiple machines.

You will help maintain logs, assist with customer service, and support upon new account startups within a geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in print production or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Forklift training or certification preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple machines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in mail operations or finishing processes preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily print center operations and provide coverage in various departments as needed.
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely operate forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Receive training on multiple bindery and finishing machines.
• Perform bindery functions such as cutting, folding, inserting, stitching, and shrink wrapping.
• Work in the Mass Mail Department handling envelopes, FedEx labels, and USPS mail.
• Monitor equipment performance and place service calls when needed.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs.
• Order and maintain inventory of paper, supplies, and production materials.
• Ensure quality and deadlines are met; follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and team members; assist cross-training.
