Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Representative II to support multiple Ricoh Service locations in California. The role covers mail center operations, copy/print support, front desk duties, and site coordination under the Site Manager or IAM.

The position requires a high school diploma and 6–12 months of related experience, plus a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Salary ranges from $19.57 to $26.05 per hour, with full-time hours in Torrance, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6–12 months of related work experience.
• Valid, violation-free driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Experience operating mailroom and bindery equipment and related tools.
• Experience with postage meters and mail processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist new site implementations and site improvements.
• Train new and existing staff on procedures and tools.
• Maintain Site Procedure Guides, forms and logs as directed.
• Collect data for Monthly Management Report.
• Order supplies and support mail handling and courier tasks.
• Perform front desk receptionist duties and campus courier work.
