• Proven track record managing external vendors to high standards.
• Ability to read floor plans, elevations, and complex print specifications.

Aufgaben

• Manage the RFP process and obtain competitive quotes for print projects.
• Oversee production of traditional marketing collateral and large-format prints.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and ensure quotes, lead times, and quality promises.
• Coordinate end-to-end production, proofs, and on-campus installations.
• Proactively track orders, verify specs, and resolve roadblocks for mail drops and installs.
• Conduct on-site inspections and press checks to ensure color accuracy and quality.
• Approve final invoices against quotes and maintain budget integrity.
