Job summary

Xerox Corporation seeks a high-energy Print Buyer to oversee production, vendor management, and execution of high-volume commercial prints. The role demands quality, deadlines, and budget discipline, with on-site presence three days per week.

You will bridge our creative team and external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and budgets across campaigns and campus installations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• 2–5 years of experience in print buying, production management, or signage installation.
• Extensive experience with commercial printers and mail houses.
• Proven track record of managing external vendors and ensuring high standards.
• Ability to read floor plans, elevations, and complex print specs.
• Experience navigating logistics of large campus or corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, vendor management, and execution of high-volume commercial prints.
• Manage RFP process and solicit quotes for brochures, viewbooks, stationery, and large-format graphics.
• Supervise paper stocks selection, offset and digital runs, finishing touches.
• Be primary contact for vendor coordination, quotes, lead times, and quality.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: sourcing, proofs, and on-campus installations.
• Conduct on-site quality checks and ensure budget adherence.
