Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Commercial print bindery experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cutting: confirm stock and cut to size per job specs.
• Creasing and folding: crease and fold to final size as specified.
• Binding and trimming: saddle stitch or perfect bind and trim for packaging.
• Die cutting and tabbing: perform die cuts and apply mail tabs as needed.
• Documentation: package final product and record delivery information.
• Willing to learn new systems and train others when needed.
