Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS.
• Experience with mail and printing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming files against specifications using Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
• Resolve font conflicts and ensure fonts are available.
• Identify image resolution, color issues, and layout problems.
• Communicate preflight problems to project managers and customers.
• Prepare press-ready files with HP SmartStream Designer for production.
• Upload mail.dat and postal paperwork to Postal One daily.
