The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in bindery/finishing, a good eye for detail, and the ability to work with production schedules in a collaborative environment within a locally owned, nationally recognized company.

Qualifications

• Experience in print production, bindery, or finishing.
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately with rulers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new machinery and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, creasers, laminators, etc.).
• Cut, fold, score, perforate, bind, and finish printed materials to spec.
• Read job tickets and verify specifications, quantities, and requirements.
• Prioritize jobs according to production schedules and due dates.
• Inspect finished work for quality before moving to next stage.
• Package, label, and prepare jobs for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and maintain a clean production area.
