Sir Speedy Longwood in Longwood, FL is seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to join our fast-paced print production team. You will finish printed materials using a range of bindery equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality for every job.

We value dependable, detail-oriented teammates who communicate well and stay organized in a dynamic environment. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to learn additional equipment and grow within a locally owned shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in print production, bindery, finishing, or similar production environment.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow finishing specifications precisely.
• Comfort with a fast-paced production setting and adaptation to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, creasers, laminators, binding).
• Cut, fold, score, perforate, collate, bind, and complete printed materials.
• Read job tickets to ensure accurate quantities and finishes.
• Prioritize jobs, inspect finished work for quality, and address issues with team.
• Prepare completed jobs for pickup/shipping and assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production area; perform routine equipment maintenance.
