Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter with the ability to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to train audiences at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and action items simultaneously.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment.
• Support commissioning and operator instruction during installations.
• Train customers on color management and makeready optimization.
• Troubleshoot during print application service calls.
• Communicate with customers at all levels about press operation and performance.
• Stay current with training, industry trends, and software innovations.
• Promote training, consulting, software, and performance services.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvements.
