Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Press Instructor to educate customers on operating Manroland sheetfed presses, color measurement devices, and related peripherals to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will train operators during installations, support makeready optimization, and deliver proactive service.

The role requires travel in Central United States and strong IT and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instruction for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment and related technologies.
• Support successful commissioning and operator instruction during press installations.
• Train customers on print color management and optimization of makeready processes.
• Perform efficient troubleshooting during print application service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all organizational levels regarding press operation, performance, and productivity improvements.
• Stay current with print application training, industry trends, and the latest software innovations.
• Promote training, consulting, software, and performance improvement services to customers.
• Provide support related to consumables and best practices for optimal press performance.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvement initiatives.
