Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Principal Designer to lead the AgentExchange UX team. You will set the creative vision for a broad product surface, collaborating with product, engineering, and research to deliver enterprise-scale experiences powered by AI.

You will mentor designers, advocate for accessibility, and help build world-class design systems across platforms. You will influence senior leadership, deliver high-fidelity design outputs, and ensure systems-thinking guidance shapes product

Qualifications

12–15+ years designing and delivering software products in cross-functional teams.
Experience shaping product vision at senior leadership level.
Strong UX methods and data-driven decisions.
Executive-level communication with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead large design initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Set product-area vision and guide teams with owners, engineers, and user researchers.
Bridge design, product, engineering, and marketing across disciplines.
Oversee multiple web and mobile features and experiences.
Produce prototypes, wireframes, and design specs for developers.
Mentor designers and advocate for accessibility and inclusivity.
