Qualifications
- 12–15+ years designing and delivering software products in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience shaping product vision at senior leadership level.
- Mastery of design systems and enterprise design processes.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for your product area and guide the team through implementation.
- Bridge design with product, engineering, and marketing across disciplines.
- Oversee multiple features and experiences across a broad product surface.
- Produce prototypes, wireframes, and design concepts for leadership reviews.
- Evolve design systems and teach system thinking to others.
- Create detailed design specs and collaborate with developers and QA.
- Mentor designers and partner with recruiting to attract diverse talent.
- Ensure accessibility and global usability for multilingual audiences.
