Responsibilities

Set the vision for your product area and guide implementation with cross-functional teams
Bridge design, product, engineering and marketing across disciplines
Oversee multiple web and mobile features and experiences
Communicate complex ideas to influence senior leadership
Produce prototypes, wireframes and design specs for developers
Lead evolution of design systems and teach systemic design
Mentor designers and partner with recruiting to hire diverse talent
Develop global-ready software accessible to users of multiple languages and abilities
Champion accessibility and ethical considerations in design decisions
Define and own the product's creative identity and present to leadership
