You will drive creative vision, influence senior leadership, and mentor designers while delivering enterprise-scale UX across web and mobile platforms. Emphasis on accessibility, design systems, and global reach in collaboration with product, engineering, and research.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years designing and delivering software products from start to finish.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices, with analytics driving decisions.
• Mastery of design systems and scalable patterns for enterprise-scale products.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for your product area and guide the team through implementation, in close collaboration with product owners, engineers, and user research teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact linking design, product, engineering, and marketing across disciplines.
• Oversee multiple web and mobile features and experiences across a broader product surface.
• Communicate complex ideas to influence senior leadership using documentation, reviews, and presentations.
• Lead evolution of design systems, extend style guides, and teach the design systems approach to others.
• Generate detailed final design specs to inspire accurate developer builds.
• Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product.
• Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns.
• Mentor designers and partner with recruiting to hire diverse talent.
• Develop software that is global in reach and accessible to users of multiple languages and abilities.
• Champion accessibility and ensure design decisions are inclusive.
