Qualifications

12-15+ years of experience designing and delivering software products in cross-functional teams.
Ability to shape product vision at a senior leadership level and guide roadmaps.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and data-driven decisions.
Expert knowledge of design systems and scalable interfaces.
Strong communication with executive stakeholders and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Set the vision for your product area and guide the team through implementation.
Serve as primary liaison linking design, product, engineering, and marketing across disciplines.
Oversee multiple web and mobile features and experiences on a broad surface.
Produce prototypes, wireframes, and design specs to communicate ideas.
Evolve design systems and teach systemic design approaches to others.
