Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects
5+ years of building and leading high-performing teams
Advanced stakeholder management and executive readouts to drive outcomes
Experience with vendor management and on-demand access to shared applications/services
Ability to develop dashboards and concise materials for senior executives
Experience with AI-enabled capabilities evaluation, risk controls and governance
Proven ability to lead through change in high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines
Oversee execution of complex technology projects and programs, manage budgets and timelines, mitigate risks
Foster stakeholder relationships and define decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
Champion agile methodologies and drive continuous learning and innovation
Identify process improvements and stay current with emerging technologies
