You will translate strategic objectives into executable plans, manage resources and budgets, and drive risk-aware decisions across global teams. You will use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and reporting, while ensuring data sensitivity and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent in technical program management within large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and escalate when uncertain, following data handling expectations.
• Advanced analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and navigate high-pressure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management to drive outcomes aligned with firm objectives.
• Experience leading modernization, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or regulatory transformation programs.
• Ability to drive delivery across multiple organizations without direct authority.
• Experience establishing governance and risk management for complex initiatives.
• Exceptional communication to influence senior leaders and translate risk into action.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans; oversee execution, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting with proper data handling.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams; define decision-making procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and new technologies.
• Promote AI-assisted governance with human review to ensure delivery standards.
• Establish governance, issue resolution, escalation paths, and decision forums for milestones.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and business to translate objectives into executable plans.
• Monitor program health using data-driven metrics; identify risks and remediation.
• Coordinate large-scale change initiatives across BUs to ensure adoption and readiness.
