Phenom Cloud seeks a Principal Technology Consultant to lead complex enterprise HR technology implementations across North America. You will guide discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and optimization while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders.

The role emphasizes client leadership, scalable solution design, and mentoring junior consultants. A strong background in HR tech, enterprise projects, and Cornerstone/HRIS integrations is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience in HCM or LMS domain.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations across HR tech domains.
• Facilitate workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Define and govern solution designs, configurations, and integrations.
• Mentor consultants and manage delivery risks.
• Drive testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.
• Collaborate with sales/pre-sales during scoping and solutioning.
