Job summary

Phenom Cloud is seeking a Services Sales Manager (SSM) to join our Pre-Sales practice in a client-facing capacity. You will collaborate with the Sales team to translate client requirements into compelling technical and business narratives and ensure the right solutions are defined for Cornerstone OnDemand and Odoo opportunities.

The SSM will work with Delivery to convert scoped solutions into accurate Statements of Work and act as a trusted advisor during evaluations, driving successful

Qualifications

5+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting for HR technology or enterprise SaaS platforms.
Ability to translate client requirements into technical and business narratives.
Experience leading RFP/RFI responses and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to design and present winning solutions for prospects.
Lead RFP/RFI responses with Delivery and Product teams.
Translate client requirements into scoped solution designs and SOW estimates.
Develop tailored prototypes/value propositions for Cornerstone OnDemand and Odoo.
Guide customers through functional options and industry best practices.
