Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team. You will partner with Sales to support the entire sales process, present the Phenom platform to prospects, respond to technical questions, and help transition clients to Implementation.

You will influence pricing, draft SOWs, and train new clients for a smooth handoff to success teams. This role requires deep knowledge of AI, HR tech, and recruitment marketing, with strong storytelling and executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering
• Experience with AI / Talent Acquisition / HR tech domains
• Ability to present complex tech concepts to executives
• Strong written and verbal communication in professional settings

Responsibilities

• Present the Phenom platform to prospects and move deals through the sales cycle
• Respond to platform and technical inquiries; develop RFPs/I’s
• Scope accounts to ensure proper pricing and set up for implementation
• Create compelling demonstrations, Tell Show Tell, and provide training for clients
