Job summary
A visionary talent consultancy based in Austin, Texas, is seeking talented Talent Partners to join their DeepTech team. The ideal candidates will drive innovative recruitment processes without the pressure of KPIs, focusing on outcomes. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, implementing recruitment strategies, and being proactive in problem-solving. Candidates should possess deep technical recruitment experience and excel in strategic thinking. The role offers a dynamic work environment with significant autonomy and 21 days of vacation plus federal holidays.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients twice a week to build relationships.
- Develop and implement attraction and delivery strategies.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Advise on recruitment best practices.
- Support implementation of talent solutions.
- Partner with hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough recruiter screens.
- Maintain accurate data to influence stakeholders.
- Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Involve in weekly meetings with project teams.
- Proactively design solutions for challenges.
- Train on onboarding and structured training.

In-depth technical recruitment experience
Outstanding headhunting/delivery capability
Previous inhouse, RPO, or embedded recruitment experience
