Responsibilities
- Visit clients twice a week to build relationships.
- Develop and implement attraction and delivery strategies.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Advise on recruitment best practices.
- Support implementation of talent solutions.
- Partner with hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough recruiter screens.
- Maintain accurate data to influence stakeholders.
- Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Involve in weekly meetings with project teams.
- Proactively design solutions for challenges.
- Train on onboarding and structured training.

In-depth technical recruitment experience
